The Zadar Concert Office has 6 full-time employees (two producers, technician, sound engineer, accountant, and director), and an associate intern.

Employees

Melita Ivković, Director of the Zadar Concert Office since December 2019, has been a concert musician for many years, having performed at hundreds of concerts in over 30 countries worldwide with the Zagreb Guitar Quartet and other chamber and guitar ensembles. She graduated from the Elly Bašić School of Music and the Zagreb Academy of Music. Upon her appointment at the Zadar Concert Office, she successfully completed the 2018/2019 Concert Season 2018/19 and planned out the program for the upcoming season.

Sunčica Špoljarević has been working as an executive producer for the Zadar Concert Office since 2015. She worked as executive producer of Terraneo, Croatia's leading rock festival. Some of the Office’s projects she participated include the opening program of the renovated Rector's Palace, many years of working on Musical Evenings in St. Donat (since their 53rd edition), International Singing Choir Competition (since its 9th Edition), KvartArt (since 2017) and the Concert Season (since 2015).

Ivana Panžić has been working as a producer for the Zadar Concert Office since 2019, after finishing her professional training within the Office. She holds a Master's degree in Economics for Culture and Tourism from the University of Zadar. Among the projects she worked on for the Office are the Music Evenings in St. Donat (since their 57th edition), 11th International Choir Competition, KvartArt (since 2017) and Concert Season (since 2017/18). In 2019 she became involved in the EU project ZadrugArt - platform for cooperation and development of the independent culture of the city of Zadar as an expert associate producer.

Mario Smoljan has been Head Technician at the Zadar Concert Office since 2017, after many successful productions, including major projects such as the Opening Program of the renovated Rector’s Palace, the Musical Evenings in St. Donat (since their 57th edition), 11th International Choir Competition, KvartArt (since 2017) and Concert Season (since 2017/18).

Saša Miočić, sound engineer at the Zadar Concert Office since 2017, with a diploma from the prestigious SAE Institute Amsterdam, is acclaimed as arranger and composer, as well as performer in the play From Silence to Music - concerto for anecdote and piano on its successful tour of Croatia, a collaborative project between Teatro Erato and Erato and HDS ZAMP (Copyright Office of the Croatian Composers’ Society, which successfully toured Croatia. Among the projects of the Office he participated in are the Music evenings in St. Donat (since their 57th edition), 11th International Choir Competition, KvartArt (since 2017) and Concert Season (since 2018/19).
